This my 2nd time Big o Tires. I had several Services performed today because I'm going across country and wanted to assure everything would be fine. Kris took great care of my needs. They even gave me a ride to my home since the work was going to take a few hours. Top notch service! I hope when I get to my new…

The service at Big O was exceptional. I first became a customer in 2015, and the experience was excellent then. Eleven years later, the staff and quality of service still exceeded my expectations. The team took the time to explain every repair, discuss the costs involved, and even offer available discounts. I felt…

Asked for oil change, tire rotation and alignment. When i picked up the truck, i asked if they put air in the tires. I was told they had to put air in to do the alignment. Went outside to see truck sitting at same tire deformation as when i dropped it off. Found front two tires were at 22 and 25 psi. Tells me…

I've taken 3 vehicles to have serviced and they let me know if there were any other wear on parts that need replacing. They have always taken great care of my cars and have been respectful.

It’s honestly sad to see how a place like Big O Tires can have such hardworking, dedicated employees and still treat them so poorly. You’d think a company would value the people who keep their business running, but their recent decisions prove otherwise. Firing one of the best workers they had; someone who…

I appreciate the friendliness of the team from the front to the back. I use them for oil changes and tire rotation, they are extremely thorough and I feel a great value as the inspection revealed I needed a part replaced on the front axle. The price was competitive and I got it repaired sooner than my mechanic could…
