Asked for oil change, tire rotation and alignment. When i picked up the truck, i asked if they put air in the tires. I was told they had to put air in to do the alignment. Went outside to see truck sitting at same tire deformation as when i dropped it off. Found front two tires were at 22 and 25 psi. Tells me…

Do not go to big o tire. They are overpriced and break your car while you’re at it. I went in for a simple tire rotation and balance and was charged $100 which is insane. While doing that they broke my steering column shroud which is a $150 part. They just said there’s nothing they can do so now I have to pay…
