I have used these guys for the past ten years, they are always writhing 15 minutes of providing service. They guys there are always joking around and the attitude is positive when you enter the store. Highly recommend this big o, I believe it has a private owner also

I travel for work and end up at A LOT of tire shops. This place, is by far, one of the most time efficient and friendliest places I've been to. All the guys are super friendly. They wasted no time getting my tryck pulled in for tire change. Highly recommend them if you're in the Boise area!

I had a good experience with Big O on Fairview in Boise. I purchased new tires at a fair price and the team was helpful throughout the process. When it was time for a rotation, they had the car in and out in less than 30 minutes on a Saturday morning. I’ll definitely be returning.

I went into Big O to get my tire checked and it turned out I needed a new tire. The Big O team took good care of me and helped me get the best tires for the best price. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. This Big Ongets BIG THANK YOU !!

We got two tires and ment to come back 6 months later. Time flies and 18 months later we came back, I forgot if we got all four tires or not. Needed and got two more of the same tires.

Kris is absolutely amazing. He got me set up with new tires and an auxiliary battery and gave me the quote up front . He has the best customer service I have ever seen. Will definitely be back. Also sending my family here from now on. Thank you for your transparency and understanding.

They were super friendly and fast! When we called to reschedule our appointment they were super understanding and when we came in and they were out of stock of our brand we initially they showed us a substitute that was comparable if not better!

I got my two front tires replaced with new ones. The employees were very nice and respectful. I will definitely come back when i need my two back tires replaced! This was also the cheapest place I found for 2 brand new tires!

The big O team really went far beyond my expectations, with their customer service and support with helping me to get manufacturer warranty claim on tires I purchased elsewhere. They were able to get me into new tires very quickly, and just before the New Year. I'm very grateful for their their help and support! They went the extra mile.

I travel from eastern Washington to Boise to the Big O team on Fairview for tires and work on my truck. These guys have always been honest with me, treat me right and do great work. Highly recommend.

Dustin was very helpful and worked hard to get the tires we needed from their warehouse. We always have excellent service and have been going to Big O for years.

Woke up to a flat this morning 10-28-25 at about 6am, made an appt. online for 9am. Showed up about 30 min early, and was in and out in less than an hour. I appreciate the friendliness of the team from the front to the back. I use them for oil changes and tire rotation, they are extremely thorough and I feel a great value as the inspection revealed I needed a part replaced on the front axle.
