Needed 4 tires mounted and balanced. Called Eddy, he got me in and out in under an hour and at a great price! Definitely recommend going and getting your services done here and see Eddy!
Made an appointment the day before. Had me in and out in a little over an hour. Great service. Good price. So far so good!
Trailer tire blew and these guys fixed me up in maybe 10 minutes. Great professional crew.
My mom got a nail in her tire and the kind folks at Big-O fixed it within the hour. Eddy welcomed us with a smile and was friendly and professional at every step. The technician (whose name I failed to get - sorry!) was also very professional and kind. They do great work - highly recommend!
Professional Staff The Best Big O in Boise Idaho
I’d recommend Big O for tire purchases and rotations, but not for oil changes. Recently brought in two of our vehicles for oil changes. It took a very long time. One vehicle took a couple of hours. Prices shot up as well. I’ve done business with Big O for years. Have always loved coming in for quick service, but our experience was not great recently.
Yesterday was my first encounter with staff and services at Big O Tires #12997 State St, Boise. I needed a tire checked since it had been leaking air for a week. My wait time was short and when I went to pay, the bill was $0. FREE for plugging the problem. I thought I had misunderstood. Apparently there is this old…
Louie, Brian, Chris, Eddy, Garnet, Mike and the guys at State St. Boise, Id always take care of the car and me no matter the issue for going on 6 years now.. Safe, secure, and Trust. Most important is Trust. The car had a major issue and the Guys made it right. Plus a couple of other problems that were…
I started my journey here with a request to replace my U-Joints. Technician noticed other repairs needing done and we added them on. They found my differential had blown and we spent 6 weeks finding one to fit my truck. That’s the best part of my experience. They didn’t do the U-Joint at all until they had the…
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Eddie and his boys at Big O Tires are awesome. Every single time I come in, they take great care of me, get me in and out quickly, and make the whole process easy. They’ve never let me down, and that kind of consistency is hard to find these days. Whether it’s something simple or I need help figuring out…
I always receive timely and professional work from the Big O State street team. They are my "go to" location for tires, chassis, brakes and oil change work!
Had to swap my Moped/scooter tires. Wasn’t sure if they could do it, and Brian, with confidence, installed them for me for free! He was kind and quick about it, leaving a fantastic first impression of Big O.
5 Stars all day long. These guys were great and got me taken care of with a puncture on my dump trailer tire. Other shops wouldn’t even touch it and they got me right and it holds air and will be a perfect spare tire. Also great pricing for tire mount and balance and will be returning to them for all my tire related needs!! Thanks guys
Great customer service! Super nice guy!
Excellent communication and great service!!!!
I've been taking my automobiles to Big O Tires on 4602 W State for approximately 10 years. They have been honest, professional, reliable and respectful ( shout out to Eddy M). One example: once another service provider warned me that I needed to IMMEDIATELY replace my tires when I went there for a flat repair.…
Ed looked up my tie purchase from 2021 to find ot what types he had sold me for the trailer then. He found them, ordered them, and I had them installed in the same day! Excellent service over the phone, and at the store!!
Awesome service! Thank you for getting me back on the road so quickly. . 😉
I had the pleasure of working with Eddy at the State Street store this morning. He was humorous, knowledgeable, and described all the options I had for tire replacement in detail. Great personality, and I truly did appreciate his effort in making sure that I knew all the options that were available to me. 6/8/26
Luis (I believe his name was) was super helpful and nice. Will definitely be bringing back all our vehicles for any tire needs. Thank you!
