I’d recommend Big O for tire purchases and rotations, but not for oil changes. Recently brought in two of our vehicles for oil changes. It took a very long time. One vehicle took a couple of hours. I’ve had new tires put on and tire rotations several times over the years but only once on one wheel the lug nuts weren’t tightened all the way and eventually worked themselves loose I noticed it and simply tightened them. I still go back they have good tires and do good work other than that.
