Big O Tires

My family highly recommended this location to me. I love that Justin, upon showing up, knew I would need full attention to the car. He kindly rescheduled me to a day we could have proper service instead of having me wait. Amazing service. Kind words. Honest feedback. The Big O in Castle Pines has been taking care of my vehicles for well over a decade now! Not only do the mechanics do great work, but Dennis, Justin and Chris in the front are beyond nice and informative!!!!

Really a great auto repair station, first time working with Dennis, very friendly, professional, and competent. Easy to work with for the schedule, and honest. He’s a good edition to the others there like Russ and Justin that do great work. I only take my cars to Big O in Castle Pines.

I have been a regular customer since 2015. All of the staff are extremely professional and incredibly kind to every customer. They provide high-quality service, and I have never had any issues after a visit. I highly recommend this store to anyone living near Castle Pines—it is well worth the drive!

One of their team came to my rescue . I was a few hundred yards away from the shop and they took care of my flat tire situation. I went back in for an oil change a few days later and I felt that the price was very reasonable for all that they did on my car . The man in the shop was polite and honest and cared about… Read full review

The team at Big O Tires in Castle Pines is state-of-the-art. I had tires, oil change, alignment, brake check completed. Communication was awesome. I had a clear idea what to expect and when. Russ and his team are an elite group for customer experience, and I’d recommend them to everyone. Very pleased!

After seeing the service, my daughter received during a previous visit, I decided to take my 2009 VW Beetle, which required extensive work, to this business. Chris walked out and greeted me before I even got out of the car. Words do not adequately express how happy and pleased I am with the professionalism, quality… Read full review

Excellent service. Excellent value and dedication to service!! Of all the other shops in castle rock and areas, Russ and his crew here in castle pines are genuine and sincere, the guys you know you can walk in, and they know what you mean, often times with little to no wait!

In February we had a lot of work done on one of our vehicles. We still like working with Justin. Helpful & informative. One of the main reasons we go to this Big O. If the folks at Big O see this please give my thanks to Justine & the mechanic that worked on my Xterra.

We have been taking our vehicles to Discount Tire in Castle Pines for decades. They have proven to be folks of integrity and always very helpful. And, they have always done an excellent job on our vehicles.

I was buying a vehicle from a longtime Big O customer and Russ patiently took the time to go over past records with me and assure me the car was in good shape. He even checked out my spare tire - and it was a busy day in their store. I super appreciated his extra efforts

Russ worked on my Toyota Tacoma. He found a bad wheel bearing that made an awful noise. Very grateful.

Great service and great communication. Have been a repeat customer for 20+ years. Justin is great

I am very happy with the customer service and subsequent repairs that I received from Chris and his team. My Camry was showing alerts for maintenance required, VSC, Traction Control, and engine warning. All issues were quickly addressed and corrected in a very timely manner
