Thanks to Dennis in Castle Pines for helping me order in a replacement tire same day so I could have mine replaced and get back on the road ASAP!
The team at Big O Tires in Castle Pines is state-of-the-art. I had tires, oil change, alignment, brake check completed. Communication was awesome. I had a clear idea what to expect and when. Russ and his team are an elite group for customer experience, and I’d recommend them to everyone. Very pleased!
Recently went into big O with a punctured tire. Was under a time crunch to get to a doctors appointment and they took care of me in less than an hour. Lucas and the rest of the team there was awesome.

After seeing the service, my daughter received during a previous visit, I decided to take my 2009 VW Beetle, which required extensive work, to this business. Chris walked out and greeted me before I even got out of the car. Words do not adequately express how happy and pleased I am with the professionalism, quality…
Chris and the team were awesome. They saw we were in a crunch, shredded tire on a road trip, with 2 little kids and a dog. They squeezed us in and had us back on the road in a couple hours. Don’t hurt that they are next to a Starbucks. Highly recommend!
Great Quick service. They were able to fit me same day to switch over fron winter wheels and tires. Friendly professional staff.
Excellent service. Excellent value and dedication to service!! Of all the other shops in castle rock and areas, Russ and his crew here in castle pines are genuine and sincere, the guys you know you can walk in, and they know what you mean, often times with little to no wait!
Charles was quick, efficient, and knowledgeable.
Derek T, you're awesome! Driving I-25 I got a flat at Castle Pines Pkwy, Big O Tire was right there. I pulled in, and the crew was incredibly helpful. They looked at my tire, luckily it was a fixable puncture and they had me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Thank you, yall made my day
