We recently moved from Castle Pines to Utah, and we’ll miss having a shop we trusted this much. The crew at Big O always took great care of our family’s cars. On our last visit, Justin handled my oil change and tire rotation. I was convinced my oil cooler lines needed a major repair, but he checked and confirmed it…
My family highly recommended this location to me. I love that Justin, upon showing up, knew I would need full attention to the car. He kindly rescheduled me to a day we could have proper service instead of having me wait. Amazing service. Kind words. Honest feedback. Photo proof of what they are seeing and what's…
The car was ready when they said it would be. Had pointed out something’s that needed to be addressed and find them to be very fair
The Big O in Castle Pines has been taking care of my vehicles for well over a decade now! Not only do the mechanics do great work, but Dennis, Justin and Chris in the front are beyond nice and informative!!!!
I have been a regular customer since 2015. All of the staff are extremely professional and incredibly kind to every customer. They provide high-quality service, and I have never had any issues after a visit. I highly recommend this store to anyone living near Castle Pines—it is well worth the drive!
Justin did a fantastic job diagnosing our issue and helping us resolve it. He directed us where to locate a repair or replacement wheel, and we will be sure to return for putting the tire on the new wheel when we get it. Thank you Justin!
Big fans of the Big O in Castle Pines! Russ, Justin and team always do a great job keeping all our cars running great and Jim is an awesome mechanic! Prices are very fair. Highly recommended!

After seeing the service, my daughter received during a previous visit, I decided to take my 2009 VW Beetle, which required extensive work, to this business. Chris walked out and greeted me before I even got out of the car. Words do not adequately express how happy and pleased I am with the professionalism, quality…

Dennis was so nice and professional. Every time I take the car in they have met the times I have scheduled for the appointment. They also check over the car and Dennis shows me other problems that need to be addressed. They provide a detailed inspection report with pictures of every major item on the car.
