Big O Tires

I trust their service. They do not force an up-sale on me.

We recently moved from Castle Pines to Utah, and we’ll miss having a shop we trusted this much. The crew at Big O always took great care of our family’s cars. On our last visit, Justin handled my oil change and tire rotation. I was convinced my oil cooler lines needed a major repair, but he checked and confirmed it… Read full review

I stopped to have my low pressure signal checked. They found a nail and fixed the tire on the spot. The men who work there are soooo polite and up beat. They are a great addition to our community Routine oil change etc. Always honest, prompt and reliable. I have been coming here since 2009. We love having this crew in Castle Pines.

As usual, this store provides great service. My 1998 Jeep Wrangler turned over 300k miles and is still going. I took it in yesterday for some belt squealing and the identified the problem and got it fixed. Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful. And great communication!

Chris provided great customer service. I’ve always had great service here and will keep coming back!

Again, GREAT SERVICE and got our Jeep Liberty back same day. Answered all my questions, if you want honest customer service and outstanding mechanics go to Big O Castle Pines!

Really a great auto repair station, first time working with Dennis, very friendly, professional, and competent. Easy to work with for the schedule, and honest. He’s a good edition to the others there like Russ and Justin that do great work. I only take my cars to Big O in Castle Pines.

I called one day ahead for an appointment to get an alignment and oil change. Justin told me that the alignment was not a problem, but he would do his best to get the oil change done also. When the car was dropped off, I was told it would take an hour and a half to two hours to complete. I was notified in an hour… Read full review

Had my car towed here and they did an amazing job with quick turnaround. The manager Justin was polite and kept me updated on everything during the process.

Justin helped me out IMMEDIATELY. Low Oil Level Light came on while traveling cross country and needed just a little bit of oil to get me to my destination. Justin was kind enough to sell me 2 quarts and that’s all I needed. Thanks ya’ll!

One of their team came to my rescue . I was a few hundred yards away from the shop and they took care of my flat tire situation. I went back in for an oil change a few days later and I felt that the price was very reasonable for all that they did on my car . The man in the shop was polite and honest and cared about… Read full review

After seeing the service, my daughter received during a previous visit, I decided to take my 2009 VW Beetle, which required extensive work, to this business. This Big O is the best! Their customer service is top notch! Very helpful and friendly … ALWAYS! I refer ALL to this Castle Pines location.

Hard to see from Castle Pines Parkway but worth it. Dennis M. Could not have been more polite or helpful. Do go to the company website for coupons. I had to use my laptop because I could not access them from my phone. Quick friendly reliable service, they got me in and out quickly and gave me a fair price.

I needed an oil change for my diesel truck in a time crunch, and the Castle Pines Big O came through for me with no issues or complaints on my end. They don't perform a lot of oil changes on diesels so they had to order up the oil and filter and perform the oil change all within a few hours. Easy peasy Japanesey!… Read full review

Thank you Chris for getting us all caught up with our service checks! Great communication, friendly service and knowledgable staff.

I was able to get a last-minute appointment easily, and my wait time was very reasonable. The staff at this Big O location are always wonderful!

What was supposed to be a simple oil change/tune up became a potential radiator replacement when the folks at Big O saw an oil leak due to the mistakes from another mechanic in my home state. But Dennis & his team at Big O were transparent with potential methods to fix the issue before having to completely replace… Read full review

In February we had a lot of work done on one of our vehicles. We still like working with Justin. Helpful & informative. One of the main reasons we go to this Big O. If the folks at Big O see this please give my thanks to Justine & the mechanic that worked on my Xterra.

Had a great experience with Dennis at my local Big O. He advised on recommended work that could be done in the short window I had at the time and his team did a great job. I will be using Big O in Castle Pines CO again.
