I stopped to have my low pressure signal checked. They found a nail and fixed the tire on the spot. The men who work there are soooo polite and up beat. They are a great addition to our community Routine oil change etc. Always honest, prompt and reliable. I have been coming here since 2009. We love having this crew in Castle Pines.

As usual, this store provides great service. My 1998 Jeep Wrangler turned over 300k miles and is still going. I took it in yesterday for some belt squealing and the identified the problem and got it fixed. Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful. And great communication!

Really a great auto repair station, first time working with Dennis, very friendly, professional, and competent. Easy to work with for the schedule, and honest. He’s a good edition to the others there like Russ and Justin that do great work. I only take my cars to Big O in Castle Pines.

I called one day ahead for an appointment to get an alignment and oil change. Justin told me that the alignment was not a problem, but he would do his best to get the oil change done also. From flat tires to air pressure sensors to oil changes - these guys do it all in a timely, friendly and honest manner. Not just the first time, but every time. The whole team is great!

Had my car towed here and they did an amazing job with quick turnaround. The manager Justin was polite and kept me updated on everything during the process.

Justin helped me out IMMEDIATELY. Low Oil Level Light came on while traveling cross country and needed just a little bit of oil to get me to my destination. Justin was kind enough to sell me 2 quarts and that’s all I needed. Thanks ya’ll!

Hard to see from Castle Pines Parkway but worth it. Dennis M. Could not have been more polite or helpful. Do go to the company website for coupons. I had to use my laptop because I could not access them from my phone. Quick friendly reliable service, they got me in and out quickly and gave me a fair price.

I needed an oil change for my diesel truck in a time crunch, and the Castle Pines Big O came through for me with no issues or complaints on my end. We have been taking our vehicles to Discount Tire in Castle Pines for decades. They have proven to be folks of integrity and always very helpful. And, they have always done an excellent job on our vehicles.

Dennis was so nice and professional. Every time I take the car in they have met the times I have scheduled for the appointment. They also check over the car and Dennis shows me other problems that need to be addressed. They provide a detailed inspection report with pictures of every major item on the car.

I’ve been bringing our vehicles to Big O for a few years and I have to say, Justin provides top notch customer service. He always make sure we’re taken care. Thank you Justin and Big O, you’ve made customers for years to come!

Great service from guys in back as always. Sales is getting a little pushy on services. 4mm on brakes should not be the recommended point. That’s hey they are getting low they will need service soon (ish).
