Big O Tires

We recently moved from Castle Pines to Utah, and we’ll miss having a shop we trusted this much. The crew at Big O always took great care of our family’s cars. On our last visit, Justin handled my oil change and tire rotation. I was convinced my oil cooler lines needed a major repair, but he checked and confirmed it… Read full review

Great experience as always with Big O Tires!!! Dennis was very attentive and took great care of me!!

As usual, this store provides great service. My 1998 Jeep Wrangler turned over 300k miles and is still going. I took it in yesterday for some belt squealing and the identified the problem and got it fixed. Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful. And great communication!

Great service. Attention to detail, trustworthy. I’ll be giving them more business.

Really a great auto repair station, first time working with Dennis, very friendly, professional, and competent. Easy to work with for the schedule, and honest. He’s a good edition to the others there like Russ and Justin that do great work. I only take my cars to Big O in Castle Pines.

I have been a regular customer since 2015. All of the staff are extremely professional and incredibly kind to every customer. They provide high-quality service, and I have never had any issues after a visit. I highly recommend this store to anyone living near Castle Pines—it is well worth the drive!

Big fans of the Big O in Castle Pines! Russ, Justin and team always do a great job keeping all our cars running great and Jim is an awesome mechanic! Prices are very fair. Highly recommended!

From flat tires to air pressure sensors to oil changes - these guys do it all in a timely, friendly and honest manner. Not just the first time, but every time. The whole team is great!

The team at Big O Tires - Castle Pines did a great job. I was able to drop in and get the services I needed done quicker than quoted. Easily my best Big O Tires experience over the last 18 years. Thanks!!

Responsive and timely service. Always enjoy dropping my car off. Everyone is friendly and professional and helpful

Justin was amazing to work with. Great communication. Great follow up. Best of all great prices!

I came in this afternoon with a bad front end tire balance issue and the crew a big o got me in and had me corrected in about an hour. I had a tire rotation about a week before and they made it right. Thanks guys top notch service.

I had a tire that was leaking. They found a screw in the tire and patched things up. As always kind and understanding service!

Great Quick service. They were able to fit me same day to switch over fron winter wheels and tires. Friendly professional staff.

Thank you Chris for getting us all caught up with our service checks! Great communication, friendly service and knowledgable staff.

I was able to get a last-minute appointment easily, and my wait time was very reasonable. The staff at this Big O location are always wonderful!

What was supposed to be a simple oil change/tune up became a potential radiator replacement when the folks at Big O saw an oil leak due to the mistakes from another mechanic in my home state. But Dennis & his team at Big O were transparent with potential methods to fix the issue before having to completely replace… Read full review
