Dennis and his team were great. They didn’t try to nickel and dime me and the work was completed fast.

We were driving home from Denver and noticed our tire pressure was quickly decreasing. Brought my car in to get a tire patched after discovering a puncture from a screw. Chris, one of the service advisors, got me in right away and had my tire patched free of charge in under an hour. Another great visit to Big O Tires on castle pines parkway. Got great service at a reasonable cost. I’m glad we have this business in our neighborhood.

Unfortunately, I had to wait 45 minutes to learn from Russ, the manager, that because of the asymmetric size of my tires, I couldn’t have them rotated. But he was very friendly, honest and helpful. I appreciated his candor.

I am new to the area and needed new tires. The manager, Rusty, was so thorough in helping me pick out the best tires for my car and for the weather conditions that I'll encounter living in Colorado! Great shop. Everyone was kind and efficient, and I felt sure that I was in good hands.

My experience at Big O in Castle Pines was excellent. Even though the tires that I needed were not in stock, they were delivered to the shop by mid afternoon. Chris Milks was extremely helpful in working me in that same afternoon. The services were performed in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. My first time at this shop and I will return again.

Justin hooked it up doing what discount tire couldn’t do. He got my tire plugged as he gave me a quote for new tires and got me back on the road. He even had the tires shipped over by the afternoon so that way I could come back and get new tires by the end of the day!
