We’ve used this Big O location for years and several cars - tires, shocks, struts; domestic and foreign. They’ve been nothing but professional, kind, and excellent communicators. Today, I worked with Dennis and he was lovely.

Really a great auto repair station, first time working with Dennis, very friendly, professional, and competent. Easy to work with for the schedule, and honest. He’s a good edition to the others there like Russ and Justin that do great work. I only take my cars to Big O in Castle Pines.

Highly recommended, second time I've been there with a leaking tire with a nail in it and they fixed them for free. Justin was great, in and out in 30 minutes. I will definitely use them for other services.

Dennis and his team were great. They didn’t try to nickel and dime me and the work was completed fast.

We were driving home from Denver and noticed our tire pressure was quickly decreasing. We were able to make it to Big-O tires in Castle Pines, and Chris was able to get us back on the road in no time and home in time for an appointment we could’ve afford to miss! Brought my car in to get a tire patched after discovering a puncture from a screw. Chris, one of the service advisors, got me in right away and had my tire patched free of charge in under an hour.
