Big O Tires

Dennis was absolutely fabulous in solving what turned out to be a hard to detect TMPS problem. Great customer service!

Really a great auto repair station, first time working with Dennis, very friendly, professional, and competent. Easy to work with for the schedule, and honest. He’s a good edition to the others there like Russ and Justin that do great work. I only take my cars to Big O in Castle Pines.

From flat tires to air pressure sensors to oil changes - these guys do it all in a timely, friendly and honest manner. Not just the first time, but every time. The whole team is great!

Jim Evans does a great job of taking care of my requests and special needs for my Corvettes.

Dennis was so nice and professional. Every time I take the car in they have met the times I have scheduled for the appointment. They also check over the car and Dennis shows me other problems that need to be addressed. They provide a detailed inspection report with pictures of every major item on the car.

Dennis helped me out with a new set of tires. Called and got my quote over the phone and an appointment the next day. Dennis got me out of there in under an hour and made the whole process so easy. They did a great job in keeping a new customer!

I went to Big O Tires in Castle Pines for my most recent auto service. Justin and his team did a great job, got me in right at my appointment time, and completed the service and tire rotation very quickly. I am always very happy with the service there.

Don't have enough good to say about my experience. Had to tow my broken down truck to leave after hours. As soon as they opened, Justin called to discuss the issues. He maintained great contact throughout the day to update me on the progress. My truck went from undriveable to ready in less than a day. They definitely earned my business.

I had a great experience at this Big-O tires in Castle Pines. Dennis was so kind and helpful. He checked my brakes for free and fixed my tire that had a nail in it for free. They have excellent customer service and are very transparent about all things about the vehicle. I will definitely be coming back.
