As usual, this store provides great service. My 1998 Jeep Wrangler turned over 300k miles and is still going. I took it in yesterday for some belt squealing and the identified the problem and got it fixed. Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful. And great communication!

Really a great auto repair station, first time working with Dennis, very friendly, professional, and competent. Easy to work with for the schedule, and honest. He’s a good edition to the others there like Russ and Justin that do great work. I only take my cars to Big O in Castle Pines.
I have been a regular customer since 2015. All of the staff are extremely professional and incredibly kind to every customer. Wow! Great team and service at this Big O tires location. Went in for tire change and alignment after mess at local Lexus dealership. The team were all professional and responsive, quick and then followed up to make sure all was okay with the tires. Highly recommend this team and will be back for our other cars.
