Big O Tires

My family highly recommended this location to me. I love that Justin, upon showing up, knew I would need full attention to the car. He kindly rescheduled me to a day we could have proper service instead of having me wait. Amazing service. Kind words. Honest feedback. Photo proof of what they are seeing and what's… Read full review

Great experience as always with Big O Tires!!! Dennis was very attentive and took great care of me!!

As usual, this store provides great service. My 1998 Jeep Wrangler turned over 300k miles and is still going. I took it in yesterday for some belt squealing and the identified the problem and got it fixed. Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful. And great communication!

The Big O in Castle Pines has been taking care of my vehicles for well over a decade now! Not only do the mechanics do great work, but Dennis, Justin and Chris in the front are beyond nice and informative!!!!

Really a great auto repair station, first time working with Dennis, very friendly, professional, and competent. Easy to work with for the schedule, and honest. He’s a good edition to the others there like Russ and Justin that do great work. I only take my cars to Big O in Castle Pines.

I have been a regular customer since 2015. All of the staff are extremely professional and incredibly kind to every customer. They provide high-quality service, and I have never had any issues after a visit. I highly recommend this store to anyone living near Castle Pines—it is well worth the drive!

The service and professionalism of this Big O was by far the best I’ve ever experienced. Dennis, the service writer was excellent. He kept me informed as work was being done at least three times. I feel this whole crew were very nice and professional. They finished my car within the timeframe that they had estimated… Read full review

Everyone at Castle Pines Big O are great- knowledgeable, friendly and helpful- they make it easy to get your service done!

Dennis my service advisor was just awesome. From the start of my arrival he was amazing professional. We talked about the car and what was needed. Great guy!

I called one day ahead for an appointment to get an alignment and oil change. Justin told me that the alignment was not a problem, but he would do his best to get the oil change done also. When the car was dropped off, I was told it would take an hour and a half to two hours to complete. I was notified in an hour… Read full review

From flat tires to air pressure sensors to oil changes - these guys do it all in a timely, friendly and honest manner. Not just the first time, but every time. The whole team is great!

Absolutely great service. Dennis is an amazing guy who pointed me to the right direction regarding my lowered car.

Justin at BIG-O tires in Castle Pines is a Rock Star. He always goes the extra mile to get your car serviced. Justin is a great asset to Big-O for his professional and courteous service! He exhibits wonderful interpersonal skills and is always friendly and helpful.

I came in with a dreaded nail in my tire. Dennis worked with me, got me the right option, and communicated throughout the process. Much appreciated!

I love the crew there, very friendly and helpful. However, prices have jumped up. Only in two years my same set of tires are now $300 more. I understand there are outside factors that contribute to this, but there are cheaper options.

After seeing the service, my daughter received during a previous visit, I decided to take my 2009 VW Beetle, which required extensive work, to this business. Chris walked out and greeted me before I even got out of the car. Words do not adequately express how happy and pleased I am with the professionalism, quality… Read full review

Justin was amazing to work with. Great communication. Great follow up. Best of all great prices!

Wow! Great team and service at this Big O tires location. Went in for tire change and alignment after mess at local Lexus dealership. The team were all professional and responsive, quick and then followed up to make sure all was okay with the tires. Highly recommend this team and will be back for our other cars.

Hard to see from Castle Pines Parkway but worth it. Dennis M. Could not have been more polite or helpful. Do go to the company website for coupons. I had to use my laptop because I could not access them from my phone. Quick friendly reliable service, they got me in and out quickly and gave me a fair price.

Excellent service. Excellent value and dedication to service!! Of all the other shops in castle rock and areas, Russ and his crew here in castle pines are genuine and sincere, the guys you know you can walk in, and they know what you mean, often times with little to no wait!

I always get my tire and alignment serviced done here. Dennis took care of me quickly and squeezed me in without an appointment. Thanks.

Six months ago I had a slow leak in one of my tires that I had taken to Big O for repair. Since they didn't charge me for the repair, I decided to give them my business when it came time to buy new tires. The service adviser, Dennis, took really great care of me on the phone. Their prices were very competitive, so… Read full review

Big O Tires, Castle Pines, is the best tire store bar none. Russ is awesome!

Came into Big O Tires because my car was drifting like it had its own opinions about where to go. 🙄 Russ took one look and said, “We can fix that.” And ohhhh did they. Now my alignment is so straight it could balance a crown. My car drives like it finally decided to get its life together — smooth, confident, and… Read full review

My experience at Big O in Castle Pines was excellent. Even though the tires that I needed were not in stock, they were delivered to the shop by mid afternoon. Chris Milks was extremely helpful in working me in that same afternoon. The services were performed in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. My first time at this shop and I will return again.

I had to leave my daughter’s Fiat 500 here late Thanksgiving night after she hit something on the highway and destroyed a tire. I called the next morning and manager Chris Milks was extremely helpful. I wanted four new tires, and he found some ( it’s not a common size), got them installed and did an alignment all by… Read full review

Great service always. Justin explained everything needed on keeping my 4Runner on the road and the service department did a great job of replacing and tuning needed to keep me going. I take all 3 of my vehicles here because of the customer service and awesome work by the service department.
