Big O Tires

Bill is an excellent customer service representative

We made an appointment and didn't wait long to check in. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We were in and out in a little more than an hour. The tires are great and my truck is running smooth. I'm going back to have them tighten my shifter in a week. Great job, thanks.

Every time I am at Big O and Bill is there, I feel fortunate. I don’t always get to see him but from clear back when he managed the Glenwood store, he’s been so nice to me. He may not remember, but back then, my little brother on leave from the military, was visiting in a crappy old car and lost a tire. Bill… Read full review

Randy was great! Thank you for the quick service on my new tires.

Great service friendly environment

Excellent customer service from Cameron in Rifle CO!

I was greeted at 7:15 as I finished parking my vehicle. Staff was extremely apologetic about my wait as my arrival was before the service technician was available. The problem was identified and repaired. Very satisfied.

This place great with a very professional staff. I needed a slow leak repaired in one of my tires, I made an appointment and got in right on time. They found the problem and were done in 45 minutes. They let me know what they found and introduced me to the technician making the repairs, very through and customer… Read full review

Great service and price matched!

One of the tires on my travel trailer developed an air leak which put my wife and I in a tough spot. Big O Tires promptly repaired the tire and got us back on the road. The staff was very kind and professional, and the service was greatly appreciated!

Always friendly and able to get me in quick. Repair flats quickly. Able to diagnose more than just tire issues and fix them. Been very happy with this Big O Tire shop in our area! Update: I've since used these guys for tire rotations, brakes, shocks, and other minor repairs. They did a great job and were reasonably… Read full review

Very friendly and informative.

My first time dealing with Big O. Staff is great. Will continue to support this business. Ken K

Good experience, Bill was very courteous and professional. Had to point out the screw hole in my tire, no big deal. He made the effort to come out and ask me if I had a screw or something in the tire vs. Just filling it up and sending me on my way. It's a company vehicle so I don't know how much the repair was. $149hr is about the average today so...

Best to make an appointment with them ahead of time. They tend to get busy, but their service was good and often updated us on the car and apologized for the delay.

I found a screw in my tire after walking out to a flat. I hate patching tires, so I called the shop, they told me to come on down and they'd take care of me and that they did. Quick, easy, friendly. I'd definitely recommend this shop!

Called Thursday afternoon to make sure they had the tires I wanted. Made an appointment for thirst thing in the morning. Tires were mounted and balanced on the rims in less than 45 minutes. Great and fast Service.

We were passing through Rifle and noticed a screw in the tire. Big O was able to get it fixed within about 20 min. We enjoyed some tea in their waiting room while they repaired the tire. We were grateful to be on the road quickly.

Was happily willing to order my tires for me. My appointment was at 9an and I was done by 9:40am.

The wonderful man with the long black beard looked at it and told me they would fix it Done in less than 30 minutes and I got to work on time. I will return for oil change and new tires.

Thank you RJ! Found the exact tires I was looking for and got the truck in as soon as they showed up!

Great place, reasonable pricing on new tires got a set for my Grand Cherokee. Manager Bill is a great guy and personable with everyone. Really happy they finally have a location in Rifle.

I scheduled appt. online as directed by website. There was confusion upon my arrival as a different model of car was scheduled. We straightened that out but tires on website were not in store, should’ve called to check, defeating purpose of online scheduling to me anyway. Overall experience was ok, I got tires in two hours.

Every person I came in contact with was excellent. RJ took my order over the phone and was super helpful in ordering the tires I needed. Unfortunately, I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size tires, when I realized my mistake and called back they immediately said they would return the tires I ordered and put the… Read full review
