This review is for Mark C, who helped me track down a problem with a rat(s) in my attic here in Auburn. Mark was punctual, courteous, and knowledgeable. He took his time, was thorough, and in addition to setting traps, he offered me suggestions of what to do to help prevent the problem in the future. (I haven’t…
Steve came out the same day we called to have our rat traps inspected and remove one that took the bait. Thanks to Big Time for helping us out with our problem and to Steve for coming out on short notice to help us out. I would highly recommend them!
After paying $500 to remove the rat infestation from my elderly mother’s house, I would recommend dealing with the rats yourself than ever paying for this service. Very happy with service.
He was very polite and addressed all my concerns. Went a little extra to spray around my pool pump and retaining wall where I see many webs.. checked all the traps.. thank you!!
The service started out great, but the last two times they didn’t Webb dust around the outside of the house and they’ve never taken down the two wasp nest. I pointed out when I first started the service. They used to leave a service ticket and I didn’t see one during the previous visit
The gentleman who came out spent a lot of time explaining the process as well as educating us on how the rodents operate. He was willing to answer any questions and did not make us feel as if we were being rushed. His interaction was genuine.
