I am a long term customer and can’t express how helpful Steve Sr/Jr are every time I call with an issue. I have referred them happily to family members and friends and hope that this review will convince more people to use this local company. It’s hard to find a company that you can depend on when you need them.

These guys are great! Every time I have an issue, they come right out and fix it! Great prices, fast and friendly service. Cannot recommend enough!

At about 5:30 this morning I woke up to go to work. I turned on a bathroom light and I saw a bug run by quickly. I killed it, and it looked like a cockroach. At that moment I had chills up my spine. I looked up Biggins extermination, because they just sprayed for ants on Monday. I was amazed when I saw that their…

After we bought our house, Steve Biggins was very responsive and promptly scheduled time with us to not only treat for exterminating carpenter ants, but also inspect and provide recommendations/next steps for termite and mice extermination. He described how the different treatments work, how long they take, what the…

I have been using Biggins for around 5 years, since the first time they came out I have never had another issue with carpenter ants. Prior to them coming out I had to remove a large portion of an exterior wall due to carpenter ants. Biggins comes out once per year and that is all I need, always extremely friendly…

Steve is very professional and friendly. He explained the treatment process and was very helpful. We would recommend his company.

I first used Biggin's Exterminating last year after my house was overtaken by carpenter ants. We live in the woods and I had an annual pest contract with one of the bigger companies and after multiple dispatches to resolve the problem there was no change. Enter Steve Biggins; Steve thoroughly investigated the…

Steve came out within 24 hours of us calling about our carpenter ant infestation. He explained what he was going to do and why. Extremely professional and beyond knowledgeable. I would highly recommend and the price was more than reasonable.

Biggins is the absolute best! They are great communicators, show up on time, explain everything really well, have great prices for treatments, and conscientious about pets. They've laid down traps and sprayed annually for carpenter ants and don't overspray or make you do quarterly sprays. Couldn't be happier and…

Steve was great and extremely responsive to what I needed when I called him for my carpenter ant situation. I cannot recommend him enough!

Biggins is the best! Called them when we moved into our new home regarding ants, and they came out promptly and took care of the problem. Answered every question I had with expertise. Been using them for years seeing them annually in the spring for prevention and never saw ants again in our home. I recommend…

I have been using Steve Biggins for years now. I had a problem with carpenter ants, and Steve sprays every year. Last year I forgot to set up an appointment and Steve's secretary gave me a reminder call, which was amazing for busy families. I would recommend Biggins Exterminating to everyone!!

We had a carpenter ant infestation and called Biggins. Steve came out next day and problem was resolved. We also had some mouse traps set and that was very successful. We have not had any signs of mice since 2 years later. Very pleased with the service we get from Biggins and will not hesitate to call them again…

My family has used Biggins pest control for a few years now and they never disappoint. They are professional, knowledgeable, thorough and responsive. We were having issues with some stubborn ants that required a repeat treatment and the Biggins Team was quick to accommodate. They were able to revisit us in a timely…

Steve from Biggins came out within two days of being contacted after my discovery of a small army of ants in my bathroom. He was very thorough with his explanation and how he was treating the problem. He treated my bathroom since that was the main source, and proceeded to spray the foundation outside as well. He…

Returned an evening call in minutes, came the next morning. Friendly and successful each time we have used them. No contracts, no long wait times on 800 lines. Thank goodness some things don't change.

I have been working with Biggins Extermination Company since 2004. They have been treated my house for termites when I first moved in and have continued to do annual inspections along with the routine treatment. They also help prevent and eliminate ants and mice in my home. I appreciate their professionalism and…
