I initially chose BigJExpress because of the positive reviews and my conversations with the owner. Unfortunately, my experience after the move was very different. I was quoted one price over the phone, but the final amount was higher at the end of the move without a written estimate or contract explaining the… Read full review

Very good experience. Totally professional from owner, Josh “AKA” Big J! His crew members were quick, but with a very close attention to detail. They took down room by room and seemed to do it with ease. I would use them again, AND HAVE ALREADY! I’ve also recommended them to my friends. Great experience!… Read full review

Needed to hire some local movers to help moving some large items (couch, refrigerator, gun safe, table, chairs, etc.) from our old house in Wentzville to our new home in O'Fallon. Big J Express knocked it out of the park! These guys are professional, very respectful, and honest with pricing. Really appreciated their work today!

I was needing a heavy and oversized item moved in O'Fallon MO. BigJ Express responded quickly and even came out the same day to give us a quote. The movers were fast, friendly and professional. The day of the move they showed up on time and were respectful of the space while moving the shop equipment. I will be calling them again!

Not only were Big J and the team members efficient and careful with our boxes, bins and furniture, but they were kind, patient, helpful with suggestions, extremely friendly, polite, respectful and professional and we felt very comfortable having them with our big move!

Absolutely Outstanding! I cannot say enough good things about Big J's Express! From the very beginning, their… Read full review
