Amir was very professional and very personable. When he originally came to repair the toilet, he explained in depth what could be done and then wh.at he suggested. As my husband is still in rehab for his broken hip, I put him on speaker phone so Amir could speak with him. The past service people we had down other…
Grayson was amazing and explained in detail all the work that needed to be done. Thank you Grayson for all your thorough work. I also had John B come out and make the repairs he did a fabulous job on our toilet and sink trap under my kitchen sink. Thank you guys.
Responsive but supremely expensive. Automate phone mentioned quote which was 1/3rd of what the plumber quoted when he arrived. Suggest to price check with an actual person as their automated AI response is inaccurate.
From the very first phone call until the service person walked out the door, the entire experience was flawless. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, smiling, and genuinely happy to help. They know exactly what they’re doing, quickly got to the bottom of my leak, and fixed it perfectly. Finding a company that…

Had the pleasure of meeting Larry, very informative, professional and personable.Larry has one motor " non-stop". As soon as one thing was done it was immediately onto the next. I even offered to clean up so he could just get a break. His response " sorry it's part of the job". That to me is someone that takes pride…

Katie at the office was very professional and helpful. Larry was the plumber and he was excellent. Wow. Three years and every season we have issues with our AC wall splits. Grayson and Chris spent an entire 12 hour day fixing the entire thing. I could not believe their focus and commitment to our family. Never saw anything like this work ethic. Very impressed.
Do not be fooled by all the positive reviews! They charge you $50 to even look at the problem. They first send out a smooth talking sales guy (Brendan) to make the problem seem more difficult than it is. I needed a leaking toilet valve that goes from the toilet into the wall and they charged $445 for the repair.…
Brendan did a great job. He was very pleasant.
My service tech was Ray, and he did a phenomenal job replacing the tub in basement for my washer, 2 knobs, and a toilet for my upstairs bathroom! Excellent work!
Got great work from both Evan and Anthony on my new toilet installs. My building has wild regulations and prerequisites needed by plumbers to do work here, and they navigated around those and did great, quick, professional work. Thanks guys!
John , always does a great job.
I really enjoyed talking with Evan; He was patient, understanding and informative. When the job was completed I was impressed with how professional the job looked. This job, done by Bill Frusco, Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning went exceedingly and above my expectation. Thank you for a job well Evan!
I will say that I waited a long time (an hour past the time slot I was expecting) for the plumber to arrive but when he did he was quick and very neat taking care of the problem with my toilet. Thank you so much! (Also, I need to get one of my kids to go to trade school, having a good plumber come to the house is not cheap but it’s worth it!
Easy scheduling, good communication and great service with a tricky toilet valve
