Update 10/5/2026: Chris came out to do annual maintenance on out boiler and made sure everything was in working order. He did discover a small gas leak which was repaired. Kudos! John arrived on time and was cordial and professional. He diagnosed the leak in our sink and fixed it quickly. Everything was clearly explained and taken care of.

Matt and Larry did an outstanding job. They performed the work very quickly and I don't have any complaints with how it was done. I was also impressed by how conscious they were to take all debris with them. They did a project that would have easily taken a day or two to do, and did it in about an hour, while fixing the problem.

Matt was great at explaining what needed to be done and had good recommendations on what to avoid the same repair in the future. He completed everything the work thoroughly yet efficiently and all three leaks (outdoor faucets and washing machine hoses) have been resolved.

Found a leaky valve in my basement and called Bill Frusco. The young lady I spoke with on the phone was helpful and pleasant. They sent Jack and Kevin right out to take care of the issue and they did a magnificent job in a very short time. That pleased me and my dogs.

Very pleased with the overall initial experience with Bill Frusco Plumbing. I had to have a shower pan replaced, and Matt did a great job and answered all the questions I had. Support staff was responsive and very easy to deal with. I will be using BFP in the future.

Matt arrived on time to repair toilet leak from flange area. As he was investigating, he found other issues that needed to be addressed immediately and pointed them out to me. All three areas of work were performed in less than 5 hours.
