I booked a dumpster on August 10 for a roofing project on September 25. I was told the size was right for roofing material and that I'd get a delivery window. Two days before delivery, I hadn't heard a word, so I called. A rep told me the outsourced agent who took my order had gotten it all wrong: the dumpster was the wrong size for my job, and an additional $500 deposit had never been collected. Nobody called me back. With roofers arriving the next morning, I had to find and book another company myself. I canceled, requested a refund, and received a cancellation confirmation by email. Twelve business days later, there was still no refund. When I called and asked for the owner or a supervisor, I was told someone would pass the message along. Now they say the transaction doesn't exist, even though the charge is on my bank statement. I've had to file a dispute with my bank. I gave six weeks' notice and still had to do the follow-up at every step. If you have contractors scheduled and a deadline to hit, book elsewhere. One thing to confirm: I read the $500 as an extra deposit they said should have been collected but wasn't. If it was something else, tell me and I'll fix that line.

I use Bin There Dump That all across the US. This location is by far the hardest to work with. No communication what so ever. I had to keep calling them for updates on the delivery of my container. They took payment in full at time of my order. It was to be a morning delivery and now it's going to be an afternoon…
Cant review something I paid for and never received. 0 stars all around for a terrible experience. Maybe figure out a better confirmation system or call the customer if something isn't right after you have taken their money.

I have been trying since 7/1/25 to order a dumpster. Their system keeps reversing the charges immediately after charging, then saying the charge is declined. THREE different banks (we've tried three different cards) have confirmed that my card is fine and the problem is on the merchant's end. I needed the dumpster for 7 days, and now only for three because my helper will be gone. They won't charge for less than 5 days, even though NONE of this is my fault. And I'm crazy enough to still be waiting for a call back tomorrow, after systems reset, to try the charge again, since I can no longer order from anyone else in time before my helper leaves. I'll be happy to change my review if my experience changes if and after I get a dumpster!
