Unfortunately my daughter did not get to benefit from this program as her speech therapist, Lauren, every week had an excuse to not show up. While she would attempt to do the meeting over Zoom she knew my daughter would not pay attention so every week we ended up canceling. I believe she came by 3 times. Sadly they did nothing for my daughter.

Doing great service to children
TLDR; The staff are kind, knowledgeable and working from an approach that I have yet seen matched 9 years later. It’s been 9 years since my daughter and I were here and I cherish the time we spent. We benefited greatly during our 2 years we received services. I have yet to find services that come close to matching what we received and I am very appreciative of our time spent here. It’s hard to define but the professionalism is clearly their while at the same time, it doesn’t feel like a clinic. I feel that the staff knew me and were genuinely happy to see my daughter and the level of care reflected that. The staff clearly have chosen career paths and are dedicated at what they do. From in-class to in-home, they were so kind and nice at a time when we needed it most. Don’t expect fliers and sales pitches about “fixing” your kid. You go in, they help the kids while teaching the parents at the same time. They’re kind! I wish they could train other agencies in the area.

Wonderful staff who do great work
I took my son here for services and I cannot express enough, my gratitude for the help, encouragement, and experience I gained during our time here. I admit, I was hesitant and struggled with a bit of denial in regards to my sons delays, but once I swallowed my pride and took him in, I was extremely pleased. The play groups helped me learn tools to help my son at home which has helped him florish as a tiny human. Seeing results soothed my post partum depression and gave me confidence to parent successfully with an autistic child. I have since, suggested Bt3 to other mothers and will continue to do so.
