We had to replace several tiles on the roof, and the majority of the damage was caused by a company that installed my solar panels a few years back. We contracted somebody to repair the roof and was told we would have to have the solar panels removed and then reinstalled. We attempted to contact the solar company who installed them, but none of the numbers were good anymore. Imagine that. We were given several names of companies that removed and reinstall the panels. We contacted Blackout Electric. They came out, assessed the area that needed worked on within the next couple days they came and removed the panels so the roof could be fixed. The installation crew that came to remove the panels are very professional and knowledgeable on what they were doing. Removed all the panels and placed them safely in the backyard so the roof could be repaired. Once the roof was done. They were back the very next day to reinstall the panels. Everything was perfect works fine and they were very reasonable with the price. I can’t complain. If you need any type of work like this done, call them they’re great. They’re professional on time. Get the job done at a reasonable price and even follow up back with you after it’s done to make sure there’s no issues. I highly recommend them.

I want to thank Blackout electric for the all around service. They were able to get me in on the schedule fast so that I could get my Ac working again. Great group of guys, I’d definitely recommend.
These guys handle all of our remodel work. I love working with blackout.
I’m not personally happy with this company. My solar stop producing and couldn’t log into the system. I reach out to them and he stated that he would be at my location later in the afternoon. This would give him time to get on the roof and find the problem. When he found did came to my Location, I noticed he was in a car, no latter, tools, wearing silk shorts and flip flops and backpack with selling material. He didn’t get on the roof or touch anything screws or using any electronic device to check the system. He was more interested in selling me on a Tesla battery backup. I just wanted my system back online. He told me that he will get someone at his company to come out to make repairs. No response or any call. I then called Cactus Valley Electric, they came the next business day. One hour later, no parts needed replaced, the system is back online. The technician told me is was a factor of clearing out the codes that the last storm produced on the system. You couldn’t imagine how hot I got inside waiting for someone to fix my system and getting no response.
