The Sales team Of Terry and Eric are second to none. Fantastic
Great builder! Nice to work with a local company as opposed to a big national builder! Good people.
I recently moved into a new house built by Blandford Homes and I was very impressed with the entire process. I built the house remotely and despite that challenge everything turned out perfectly. Working with Terry and Justin Lents on the design and contract process was seamless. They delivered everything exactly…

Purchased a Blandford Home in the Monteluna neighborhood off the 202 and Mckellips. The neighborhood and the people are Uhmayzing! Brand new, Gated, and the Homes are very impressive and well built. The sales staff there were super welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. Highly recommend! Come be my neighbor, haha!
I've worked with Ross and Joanne many times. Always been a great experience and they go above and beyond to make sure my clients are happy!

Blandford Homes is very…

I can not say enough about how wonderful Ivy and Ernie were, they remembered us every time we went in and were/are always so friendly and…
