Very thorough inspection with detailed explanations! I would definitely recommend John to a friend and utilize his services again.

John did a fantastic job during the inspection. He answered all of my random questions during the process, returned a very detailed and thorough inspection, and answered a few random follow up questions that I thought of after everything was completed. I would not hesitate to use him again as my inspector.

John was incredibly thorough with my home inspection. He took his time and seemed to cover every inch of the home, both inside and out. He was very knowledgeable in basically every area that concerns a home. He went through all of the photos with us afterwards, explaining each area of concern and providing education on some issues that new homeowners should be aware of. He was also able to do the radon testing himself, and followed up on results for that in a timely matter, as well. He was very kind, responsive, and accessible for scheduling and questions. Overall, I was very impressed and satisfied with his inspection report, and would recommend him to anyone buying a home.

John was beyond thorough with his inspection and explanations. Scheduling our inspection on the website was seamless and John got back to us within the hour to confirm.
