Gerardo and his team were the most amazing team. Gerardo is patient, explains everything, and makes you always feel like a priority. The ladies in the office made sure any questions were answered and got back to me very quickly. Overall a very nice experience and would highly recommend!

Esther came to repair our chimney before Blue Nail puts in new roof tomorrow. What a pro she is. She did the repairs and returned the following day to paint. I plan to use her again when we need our fence re-stained.

Great experience from the start to the end of the process. Our account manager Jonathan Natera was very helpful, explained every step in detail, patiently answered all my questions, was available at my convenience and continued to follow up and check on things even after the job was complete. I highly recommend this company .

After a hail storm they cam out and assessed the damage and handled all communications with insurance from start to finish. Eric and team were extremely responsive with communication on timings of work and state of material shipments. If I ever have roof issues again they will be the first place I call.
