I had an annual AC check. Service was on time, reliable and reasonably priced. I’ve worked with other companies that don’t honor appointments but Blue aRibbon came through and the technician was polite and competent.

Could not get a diagnosis on an Hvac system from a tech near the holidays. We really tried to consider this company but they did not have the experience to diagnose a Trane system from 2021.

Gerade was very professional about his approach to our system maintenance. He was very thorough and has already scheduled a follow-up for a warranted repair that is needed.

Brandon Shields came out to help us with an emergency ac situation where the water drain had clogged up and water was dripping through the ceiling. He did a great job troubleshooting the issue and getting it fixed late on a Friday afternoon. Brandon was polite and answered all our questions. I am specifically referring to Kelvin Cordero. Kelvin worked on my AC unit outside. He replaced the capacitor and worked quickly to get my AC up and running. Kelvin did a great job for us.
