Lennox warranty issue with compressor- not impressed with Lennox (5 weeks to get a basic replacement compressor ?) however Blue Ribbon did a great job.

Could not get a diagnosis on an Hvac system from a tech near the holidays. We really tried to consider this company but they did not have the experience to diagnose a Trane system from 2021.

Ryan came today for an a/c outage repair that involved more than initially expected. He debugged thoroughly until an intermittent short in a wire on the outside unit was found beneath the fan motor. Once fixed, a/c worked perfectly. Excellent troubleshooting!!! Thx, Ryan.

I was so lucky to find Blue Ribbon. It's so rare to find someone you can trust in the home service space. They believe in what they're selling and I trust them. The number of businesses I trust are so few no. Blue Ribbon is doing it exactly right. Never change.

Gerardo is very professional. He explained everything he did in language I could understand. The emergency heat had not been installed when you put in the new unit this past summer. He even came back 2 days after installing it to make sure it was working okay.

Luis came out today to install a blower motor for my ac unit. He was courteous, fast and efficient. I would recommend Blue Ribbon to others who are looking for fast response and efficient ac repair. Dispatch (Dianne) was able to answer all questions in a very professional manner.

Luis was excellent in installing the new coil in our kitchen five ton unit! He had a great attitude about the installation in-spite of the trip he had to make to get the correct size coil! Very professional people! From calling the company to getting a tech out to my house the process was seamless and very comprehensive. The techs do not act condescending in the slightest and were great at talking in layman’s terms without making me feel dumb!
