Bought and had them install a new mini-split a/c unit. Had it for 3 days and 3 service calls, so far. The management won't even return calls.

Absolutely the worst. Did an install on the house in Round Rock and the vent in the attic cane apart in 2 weeks. Bought the priority service and still they tell me they can’t come out to fix THEIR install for a week…Have to bring in another outfit to fix Blue Ribbons screw up.
