Bought and had them install a new mini-split a/c unit. Had it for 3 days and 3 service calls, so far. The management won't even return calls.

I had very positive experiences with James who helped repair a bad squirrel cage separation. James’s knowledge and experience are deep and comprehensive. I do not have a problem to make use of his skills in next project.

Ryan arrived within 24 hours of my request for help with a unit that was no longer cooling after a tremendous lightning storm. He immediately identified the problem, located the replacement part at a local vendor and installed it….all in the same afternoon. Ryan, thanks for taking such good care of my unit for all these years.

Lennox warranty issue with compressor- not impressed with Lennox (5 weeks to get a basic replacement compressor ?) however Blue Ribbon did a great job.

Could not get a diagnosis on an Hvac system from a tech near the holidays. We really tried to consider this company but they did not have the experience to diagnose a Trane system from 2021.

Michael and the other associate did an amazing job, they explained how they were going to install the new AC system, great customer service and they answered all my questions! They did a great job over all!

John showed up on time. He was personable, efficient, honest, and did not make any hard sells. This has been the same experience every time someone from his company has come out to inspect our HVAC system. I recommend them highly.

My technician Gerardo was able to diagnose the problem and come back the next day to install the parts to get my AC running again. Respectful, easy, good communication, good overall experience. My AC is only 1 yr old so it was under warranty, hoping we don’t have issues again!

They honored the warranty for repairing the things that were the fault of the installer but Luis tracked down that we had a bad controller, not under warranty as it was the 14 year-old original part. I highly recommend Blue Ribbon Services! Their customer support was great in terms of the appointment timing, and Madison Lewis our technician went above and beyond! He took extra time to answer any and all questions I had while also getting the problem solved efficiently and effectively!

I had a compressor that was not working. Daniel did a great job in figuring out that I also had a bad thermostat wire. He completed the repairs and the unit is now working nicely. Compressor was also changed. Blue Ribbon did a great job in responding to my problem and had me running again the same day.
