I’d like to acknowledge the incredible service and knowledge that Steve shared while here on a service call (toilet was shaky and detached from floor). From the get go—Steve was very kind and patient with the issues of an old house; he dropped a lot of knowledge on recommendations without being pushy and always…
Could not get a diagnosis on an Hvac system from a tech near the holidays. We really tried to consider this company but they did not have the experience to diagnose a Trane system from 2021.
Ryan ( the technician) who checked out our furnace was wonderful. He really helped us out by answering all our questions and going through everything with us. As seniors we really appreciate it when technicians treat us with such respect and patience.
The technician was very professional and polite. Clearly knew what he was doing. He and the company went above and beyond on making sure the unit was fully functioning. Office was nice to deal with also. This was my first use of these folks. I'll be using them again. ***** I've now been working with these folks…

Madison was great providing exceptional service!
Luis was very prompt & knowledgeable.
This is the second time we’ve had Blue Ribbon out for our old a/c. Their service and quality work have been exemplary. The two technicians we’ve had, Gerardo and Rudy, were pleasant, professional, and totally trustworthy. Blue Ribbon is our go to service for all our HVAC needs. We’ve even ordered a new a/c from them. I can’t wait!
Ryan explained in detail what he was doing
Service rep is courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Explained suspicion of problem, tested system, confirmed diagnosis and affected repair. Very satisfied.

Very pleased with quality service and skilled repair. Will use their services again and have retained BR for seasonal HVAC maintenance. Trustworthy culture.
I am an IT director for a small college in Bastrop. We needed HVAC work done on two units that had gone bad. I called around to 5 local firms to get multiple quotes. 3 companies came out. two of them gave me quotes on the work. One of them took 7 weeks to get a quote to me. I have also had repair work done on units…
As always, very pleased with great customer service and high quality work.
Very good job
Spoke with Karen to schedule service appt/system check. Offered appt for the following morning. Received call from Karen about 10-15mins later, offering a new appt for this afternoon if I was interested. Within about 30mins, service tech Gerardo T. arrived. Gerardo introduced himself, verified i was the intended…
Ron and the Blue Ribbon Cooling and Heating Company are the best. They always do a superb job. Ron took the time today to go over the service he performed as well as giving suggestions on how our system could be improved.
Herrero was the service rep who came to our home. He was first class in his professionalism, his communication, and his service. He went above and beyond to ensure our system was fixed. He did an awesome job explaining the service that he provided about why our heat wasn’t working. He was transparent and…
