We were very worried when our water main pipe was pouring water onto our yard. I called and the plumber, Trever Weigleitner, at Blue Ribbon, and he came out quickly. He replaced our water main valve, some pipe and pressure regulator. He was knowledgable, courteous and did a great job. I would use Blue Ribbon again.

I would have given Alec 6 stars if we could. He came out the day before Thanksgiving, was on time, very professional and a very pleasant person. He explained every thing he found wrong and fixed it. If he could have replaced the subfloor he would have! We have found a go to solution for plumbing problems!

Lorenzo Carranza was awesome. He showed up when he was supposed to and did a fantastic job in clearing a tough clogged pipe. The clog was located in a difficult position to get to, but he continued to work until he got it cleared. I highly recommend using him and this company.
Tech showed up was nice but told us $1,000 just to find the leak $500 to determine whether it was inside or outside and another $500 to pinpoint it once determined in or out, then proceeded to tell us this is normal.
