Blue Ribbon Cooling, Heating, Plumbing, & Electrical

Great communication and definitely went the extra mile for us.

Steven really put a lot of care into our project. Greatly appreciated.

Once again, Steven came through with EXCEPTIONAL customer service. His work looks great!! I really want to highlight this man’s customer service.. one of the best experiences I have had in Austin!!

Well, I was pleased with Jaden. However, the problem is not fixed. He gave me 3 options to fix the calcium build-up and I decided on one. But then we saw that the option I had chosen was already up and running in the garage. Then they wanted me to buy another option at about $3,000. I wondered why we couldn’t just… Read full review

Chapman!💯

Alecsander was professional, supplied us with options and was thorough in his diagnostic of our issue. Great service, left site clean and clear and the work looks great. Highly recommend.

Sent a tech out same day. Very professional, honest and fair. My old plumber retired and I’m so glad to have found another plumbing option. Highly recommend!

Guys did a great job putting in our new toilets. Very fast work!

Steve Caci was great to work with. He was friendly and polite. Our dogs liked him too!

I’d like to acknowledge the incredible service and knowledge that Steve shared while here on a service call (toilet was shaky and detached from floor). From the get go—Steve was very kind and patient with the issues of an old house; he dropped a lot of knowledge on recommendations without being pushy and always… Read full review

Same-day service. Arrived on time. Mr. Stone removed a commode and expertly installed a new commode with bidet. Don Stone did excellent work, and with a good attitude. After performing all of the services, he cleaned up the entire area where he worked. I will request Mr. Stone for future plumbing services. He knows what he’s doing. Lots of experience.

The repair was made the same day. It was very much appreciated because I’ll deal with special needs and I need my restroom for my clients.

Jaedon did a fantastic job and was extremely knowledgeable and personable!

Great service and quality work. The technician was great.

Professional courteous and very good at his job

Jaedon did a great job identifying a complex plumbing issue with my toilet. He was pleasant and professional and extremely courteous!

My company had an issue with our urinal in the men's restroom. I immediately called ARS Plumbing. They came, looked at the urinal, and said they didn't have the part to fix it but would turn off the water line, telling me to call on Monday. I called and couldn't get anyone out; they said someone would call me. I… Read full review

Alecsander Hanson was super friendly and professional

Turns out the toilet noise was a problem with water flow. The hey fixed it and charged a service call fee. Thanks for your honesty.

I am very please with the plumber technicians, Avi & Jaedon (or Nathan) who came to my home to help me with toilet issue. They were extremely helpful, very polite, & super knowledgeable. They were patient to listen to my issues & provided a reasonable estimate of repairs. What I appreciate about the company is that… Read full review

Very pressional and did a great job

Isn’t there a way to give six stars? When I woke up this morning, I had a leaky sink and disposal. I contacted these folks at about 10 am. They had a service cancellation, and were able to get me in today. It is now 4 pm, and I have a beautiful new disposal, sink and faucet. From top to bottom, this company is… Read full review

I can’t recommend Blue Ribbon for much more than light plumbing issues. We had them do a major repair that included tunneling under our house and was $12K. The project was chaotic and we didn’t have much communication with them and were left with a compromised solution that we could only just accept.

Blue Ribbon aka Doug's plumbing was a life saver! After having a bad experience with another plumbing company we called them. Their staff were friendly, courteous, arrived when they said they would. We were very pleased with the work they did. I definitely recommend giving them a call.

I can’t say enough good things about Steve from Blue Ribbon Cooling and Heating. We discovered a water leak that could have turned into a much bigger headache, but Steve showed up fast, diagnosed the issue immediately, and had everything fixed with absolute professionalism. He explained what happened in a way that… Read full review

Jaedon was fantastic. Very efficient in getting the job done and a really nice person to talk with. He explained everything thoroughly and was extremely professional and personable. It felt like a friend was helping me out.

Avi did a great job, thank you!

Lorenzo and Jaedon came quickly, worked efficiently and fixed the problem (toilet). I was so grateful and will use Blue Ribbon for future issues.

They were very quick at coming out, and taking care of my problem.

Noah Catlett consistently demonstrated a great attitude, was highly effective, and maintained a high level of professionalism.

Timely service when we needed the most. The team kept us updated on the progress the entire time.

Blue Ribbon always does great work at a fair price. Avi went above and beyond to make sure everything I was having issues with were resolved. Can’t say enough great things about my experiences with Blue Ribbon so far. Memberships pay for themselves many times over as well. Update - John stopped by the day after my… Read full review

Excellent service at an excellent price. They were able to get to me very quickly. I will be using them again when the need arises.

With buying a used home, things the last two had have been a nightmare. Tomage came to my home today to repair a toilet problem. This would be my second big repair in 5 days. Money just flying out of my wallet, I was scared to see what was going to be wrong and what it was going to cost. He came in negotiating… Read full review

Very friendly and professional and honest no charge. Problem had been resolved just by flushing.

The blue ribbon guys that came were very efficient, and I was very pleased with them

Fast, professional, and helpful. Noah fixed our clogged toilet in no time. I will definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs.

Avi is the very best. He listens to your concern. He does an excellent job and he explains things and he’s very polite and respectful and helpful. I would certainly recommend him.

He gave me a detailed explanation of the leaking that started in the A/C pipes, and, because it was an older house, he kindly explained the many issues and details of what needed to be replaced. He didn't push things too hard, but rather gave me priority and where to contact for the things that needed to be done. He… Read full review
