Best dog store around, not your typical big box store. Friendly, helpful people and solid ownership
We’ve been so used to receiving a warm and friendly welcome in California, especially in smaller, local stores. Unfortunately, that wasn’t our experience here.
We were mostly ignored when we entered and weren’t approached or asked if we needed any help until we were already at the register. We were also a little disappointed by the selection and honestly wouldn’t have driven across the city specifically for it.
Having different expectations about the selection is one thing, but a friendly welcome and helpful staff can make such a big difference to the overall experience.
Unfortunately, we left feeling rather disappointed.
