Every time I go for a yoga session, I always feel so relaxed afterwards she's always very accommodating with times and scheduling. She is super nice and has a great personality, wonderful energy and has helped me a lot with back pain I look forward to continue going and learning from her.

Yoga is much more beneficial to me than physical therapy. Therapy was not helping me.
