Very pleased. Sales women was very nice an very professional. An the delivery guys were absolutely kind. The bed is top quality as expected.

Went shopping for a couch. Bob's was our first stop. Sales guy, Miles was most helpful. No pressure, answered all our questions. Ordered a couch, and we are very satisfied with the whole experience. Highly recommend.
Matt in the shiny shirt was an absolutely phenomenal salesman! We had to run home and get measurements and he was there waiting for us when we got back. He helped us find 2 couches that fit our space perfectly. He answered all of our questions and made the process incredibly easy

Terrible experience. The sales person put in the order a regular table despite we ordered a counter height. They delivered the wrong table to the house, left it there, and disappeared. The store manager won't answer the phone. Never again.
