Update: I was given a delivery window. The morning of, approximately 30 minutes before the original delivery window the time frame was moved up because they arrived early. I received phone calls and informed the drivers I was in route. They called a second time and again I let them know I was in route. The drivers left 15 minutes early, 5 minutes before I arrived. No I cannot get my furniture delivered. Waste of time off work. This is just poor customer service
Beto was very helpful. He has great customer service skills. They have a great selection of furniture. The downfall is shipping takes a while for some pieces so you won’t always get an entire set at one time. The manager lacked professionalism but the overall experience was good.

First I’d like to say that Brianna was an amazing sales associate for Bobs and the best ‘secret keeper’ for withholding the fact that my son was gifting me with a recliner and headboard. Long story short, he knew I was interested in purchasing the recliner and asked if I had found one, but I had not and still had been looking for the right one and price. He convinced me to check out Bobs, to ask for Brianna and I did the next day. She showed me the inventory etc but I had told her I’d be back to purchase when my funds were clear to do so. I had looked at one in particular I liked and also a headboard I had been needing as well but still no idea my son was going to purchase. Later that afternoon after work, she called me to tell me to tell me my son had purchased ‘BOTH the CHAIR AND HEADBOARD’. I was stunned when she asked to arrange a delivery date. It was delivered on time and assembled satisfactorily. Unfortunately, the 3rd Party independent delivery team (not Bobs company) failed to notify me they had severely damaged my handrail and the base post that secures it. Bob’s local store did everything they could to assist me but their Corporate office was slow processing the claim. However, they were diligent in making sure the 3rd party honored the estimate I was requested to submit and provided for the repair and they restored my confidence in their ‘customer care best practices’ by following through. Brianna, Marisa and their in store team were exceptional, the delivery team (3rd party independent contractor) not so much. I understand 3rd party situations are complicated but BOB’s handled it appropriately.
