Had a great experience with Bolton Heating & Air! Eric was able to come out quickly and was very thorough in explaining what was going on, what my options were, and what he recommended. He even took the time to physically show me the problems he found instead of just telling me something was wrong, which I really…
Brennan and Chris are rockstars and saviors! Our blower motor went out and the inside of our house was 87 degrees and they came out and got the new motor installed quickly and efficiently! They are very professional/friendly while also being knowledgeable! As an engineer I can confidently say that I recommend them as technicians!
Came out after hours to fix my AC in the middle of a heat wave. Stayed until 10pm to ensure it was good to go. Fair prices. Great company overall
Jesus was awesome. The time frame to make his call was 8-10. He was here at 0750. He is very polite and professional. Gave me the rundown on what the problem was and showed me pictures. He gave me all my options for how to take care of the issues. I will definitely call them again.
If you are not in Forney, do not use them. Our AC went out on Friday, we were told they would try to fit us in on Saturday. They couldn't and said we would be the first ones Sunday morning. They would never give me a time, and they didn't show up until 11:30am. Almost noon, a complete joke for service when it's…
Jesus was awesome!

I have had nothing but great experiences with Bolton, and Mike has been really easy to work with and is very knowledgeable. GREAT COMPANY
Excellent customer service. When I called to schedule an appointment the after hours operator failed to schedule a date and time for me. Immediately after hanging up I received a call from Bolton Air direct to ensure I was taken care of and I had a date and time scheduled on their calendar. The technician…

Highly recommend & they have amazing customer service. Thanks for always being vigilant & getting my ac/heating needs taken care of. I haven't had any issues since the install almost 2 years ago. I do have them come to do a maintenance check 2x annually & again no issues only great customer service. Thanks again!
Technician came out in a timely manner. Showed me everything that was wrong with my unit. Had an estimate in about 15 minutes. Friendly staff. Good financing options. Took them less than 6 hours to diagnose, get the parts and have my a/c back to 100%. I will use Bolton services from here on out!
A huge shoutout to Ulysses, Christian, and David for their exceptional service and top-tier professionalism during the recent AC work done here at Bin 741 Storage. Long overdue leaving this review- Jake and his guys came out a month ago to repair my ac that had frozen up the previous day. My home is almost 5 years old and not only did they immediately address the issue to get cold air blowing again but identified the culprit of the problem and researched the part and original…
Highly recommended. Reasonable prices and very dependable service!
They did a great job. They are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. I highly recommend them.
This is the most responsive and informative AC service I've ever gotten. It was simple to schedule an appointment through Facebook. Glen was great. He explained everything in detail and showed me the results of what he discovered, and got my approval prior to moving forward with the work. From scheduling to paying…
Jacob and team did an amazing job! Would use them again.
Superior Air Conditioning and Heat is a great company! Jacob talked us through each step, was so patient, and got everything done promptly. We will use them again when we need to!
My technician Glen was polite, safety conscious ( he wore a mask and shoe covers), professional in appearance and service, informative by explaining recommendations, maintenance and additional services available through their company. I’ll keep their number for future maintenance calls. I will also recommend this company to neighbors, friends and family.
Jacob came out after calling him last minute, very knowledgeable and friendly. Look forward to working with them again in the near future.
