Michael did the routine furnace check for winter and changed out a capacitor that was showing wear. All went well so we're very happy for Michael's help. Good job!

Ben was great with our AC repair! I told him the issue and he confirmed that a capacitor had died. Luckily he had one on the truck and within 15 minutes we had cool AC again. We’ve used Bonney for years and had great service each time they come out.

Elmer was very friendly and knowledgeable. He walked me through the process as well as the inspection as he was doing it. I appreciate that he didn’t make me feel bothersome looking over his shoulder as I was genuinely interested in the process.

Michael was wonderful! Very nice and knowledgeable. He was helpful and talked through all aspects of what needed to happen now and going forward.

Victor was able to repair our very old A/C system in preparation for a very hot afternoon. He was thorough in explaining what was going wrong with it, and provide us with the information we needed for a replacement in the near future.

Aidan did a great job showed up earlier than planned. Went out of his way to fix things. He communicated very well. He will be back in a month to make sure things are still good.

Dylan was very honest and helpful in diagnosing AC issue and initial steps to repair (including getting rid of wasp nests in unit). I’d recommend him and Bonney for any repairs. Prices are expensive everywhere so I chose a company I can trust to stand by their work as I’ve used in past for other projects.

Andrew Petty did an awesome job. He fixed our AC fan. He is very polite and has good work ethics. Message for Bonney: Pls send technicians that know the job. It looks like the AC motor was broke. Since last summer, but no one noticed it.

Our air conditioning went totally out and the Bonnie technician, Ryan Miller did a quick diagnosis of the problem and had an estimate ready on the spot. He was ready to fix once we agreed on a price. He was able to work with us. And had our system up and running again.

I've used these guy a number of times and they have always been great. Recently I had to get my dishwasher and garbage disposal fixed....they came same day I called and was fixed and finished with half an hour.
