I have always been satisfied with Bonny. They are professional and technicians are always respectful. Office staff is kind and helpful.

He did what I think is a thorough job of checking, and adjusting the heater. He seems honest about possible future products without a crazy hard sell.

Dylan Vergara came back today to do the services on our HVAC unit that we had agreed to do. He showed up on time and took care of all the cleaning of the fan blades and replacing our old power motor. HVAC tune up. Benjamin was probably the best tech we've ever had! He went over things that we may want to consider and fixed a problem before it became a BIG problem.

Needed to have the shutoff valve replaced under our Kithchen sink, and the faucet inspected. Scheduled an appointment, was a next day (was requested on Sunday) and got an appt Monday. Jovani arrived a little after 8 am and replaced the valve and inspected the faucet for any issues. Very professional service.

Roy was on time and performed routine maintenance on our HVAC unit. He was very thorough and methodical in his inspection and cleaning of the entire system. His photos and work was documented in a concise report with his recommendations and prices. Happy with the service and work.

Great service, I do have to be wise of the up-sale. Every time they come out they point out something that needs repair even on a newer unit they installed less than 5 years ago. But I think that's there MO. Find something and suggest a repair. I get it, but it makes it hard to tell what would be "nice" to repair and what really "needs" repairing.

Ray Fox and his crew arrived at the specified time and worked diligently throughout the day. He shared his expertise and methods as they replaced the HVAC system. They completed the install, testing and all cleanup by the end of the day.

Ian arrived on time, introduced himself, and explained what he was going to do. He flushed the hot water tank and inspected all the toilets, faucets, etc. We feel he was very knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient. He explained what he found. He was friendly and pleasant. We would welcome him anytime.

Ari came out to do a PM on our AC. He found a couple of problems and was able to fix them with parts that were on his truck. We indicated there was a problem with dust and allergens and he was able to install an iWave to pull the allergens before they get blown into the house. We're extremely happy with his service.
