I have always been satisfied with Bonny. They are professional and technicians are always respectful. Office staff is kind and helpful.

He did what I think is a thorough job of checking, and adjusting the heater. He seems honest about possible future products without a crazy hard sell.

I appreciate how the Technician Roy explained how improvements could be made on my heater. He convinced me to get a power surge protector, and a new thermostat. I think I'm going to be very pleased with these two improvements.

Bonney sends the best people and they always get the problem fixed. I have had great luck with them over the years. Quinton was wonderful and we talked while he fixed the water heater. I always appreciate the overall quality of their work and my high level of satisfaction with it!!

Today Roy did an inspection of my heater and ductwork. He was personable and professional. After the inspection he gave me a detailed report of the inspection results. We discussed several options to mitigate the results. All of my questions were answered. I would recommend Roy for your HVAC needs.

Michael was very friendly and knowledgeable. Every question I had he explained well and throughly; and I gave him a lot of questions. He truly cared about both our HVAC system and us.

Dylan Vergara came back today to do the services on our HVAC unit that we had agreed to do. He showed up on time and took care of all the cleaning of the fan blades and replacing our old power motor. He took the time to explain his work and showed the photos of before and after. He is so professional and friendly and a great asset to your company.
