Had a great experience with Victor on his service of our HVAC system over several visits. He explained what he was doing, shared photos of what he found and how things checked out. Trouble shooting a short on our HVAC system. I was home, all panels removed, and I had already installed new thermostat and a new transformer. The service was great. Mr Todd identified the burned out coil on the compressor in minutes. He replaced the coil, he had one in the van.

Replaced 4 ton HVAC heating and A/C system. Even though it was a difficult job because the closet space was small, they did a good job in figuring it out. New system works great.

Bonney team was extremely knowledgeable about the issue we had, worked to get the job accomplished efficiently. Bonney has great technicians and project support who stay in touch every step of the project! This was a complex problem requiring a lot of work crawling under the house, involving HVAC and plumbing. Great experience all around with Bonney! They were able to get a technician to us earlier than we initially had scheduled, and Victor did a thorough job, fixed our HVAC/thermostat issue, and explained everything really well.

Aidan did a great job with diagnosing the issue with my HVAC system and clearly communicating the plan forward. Still waiting to hear back from the manufacturer regarding parts that were under warranty so that Aiden can finish the job. $99 for diagnostic fee. Around $1300 for the total job.

This is the second time working with Bonney and I’ve had great experience both times. This time I had an issue with my HVAC system and the technician Dylan was able to quickly identify the problem, explain it to me and then resolve it quickly. There was no overcharging or upsell.

I had a compressor blow out in mid-July, and Andrew and Matt with Bonney did yoeman's work replacing it in the summer heat. Andrew went above and beyond finding a replacement compressor in record time. Ari came out to do a PM on our AC. He found a couple of problems and was able to fix them with parts that were on his truck. They did everything you would expect them too. Allen is a gem. Bonney is expensive but HVAC is now-a-days. No complaints.

Went visit very well. Alex, HVAC specialist, is honest and forthright. Alex would not allow an over charge or excessive pricing, not that Bonny would, to take place within his space of work. Alex articulated the problems with HVAC very well. We plan on using Bonny in the future.

Bonney Plumming and Electric installed a new hvac system for us. I was very impressed with the quality of their work and the care they took of my house. They were timely, extremely neat and very friendly. They answered all our questions and made sure we understood what they were doing and why they are doing it. I would definitely call them back
