I appreciate how the Technician Roy explained how improvements could be made on my heater. He convinced me to get a power surge protector, and a new thermostat. I think I'm going to be very pleased with these two improvements.

Had a great experience with Victor on his service of our HVAC system over several visits. He explained what he was doing, shared photos of what he found and how things checked out. He put in the work of diagnosing and tracking down the ultimate problem and made the repairs in a very timely and professional manner. All good. Great tech and person.

Dylan Vergara came back today to do the services on our HVAC unit that we had agreed to do. He showed up on time and took care of all the cleaning of the fan blades and replacing our old power motor. He took the time to explain his work and showed the photos of before and after. He is so professional and friendly and a great asset to your company.

Ben was fabulous. Working with him, I felt i was working with a family owned company than a major ac company. He was honest and extremely helpful in very stressful situation.

Matt provided amazing customer service, repeatedly returning to our home to try to catch the issue that was causing AC failure and find a real resolution instead of bandaiding the problem. Even when my frustration got the best of me he remained patient and empathetic. Thank you for getting us back to a cool home!

Had a AC maintenance with Bonney. Roy came to my house on time and promptly went to work and found the issue with the AC. I have been using Bonney for a few years and the aervice had been great!

Gave me a good quote on a new HVAC system. Had it installed the very next day.

HVAC Tech-Ryan Miller did an excellent job on repairing HVAC system. His customer service was outstanding.

I have a fan motor that needs replacement. I called Bonney and a tech came out. He confirmed the unit needs replacement in about 20 min. I will be getting the motor on warranty. The part is taking over a week to get. They are quoting me $949 for labor. Even at a 2 hour minimum, that's $475/hour. Outrageous price for… Read full review
