Tony was very thorough and showed me pictures of the system and offeredd me solutions of any problems he found and the timeline needed for the repairs.

They installed our new heating and air ducts a few years ago now we are in a maintenance program which is very helpful and informative. They always are on time.

Just had our annual heating inspection and everything was great. Tech (Cole) arrived ahead of the service window, was quick and professional and did a great job. No issues, highly recommended.

I scheduled an appointment for a leaking toilet. The technician was on time and very efficient. He explained the issue and performed the repair after allowing me to choose between several options.

Courtney is courteous, friendly and professional. She replaced our furnace filter and UV light and made sure everything was in good condition. She also followed up on a noise issue she had troubleshot last summer on our AC unit to ensure that it had not returned. We now request her for maintenance any time she’s available. She’s great!

Jeff came out on time, even in the rain. Tested everything, cleaned the system, changed the filter, have some great tips. Most of all, was responsive to my complaints about a previous service. Made notes to pass along to management. Had just about written off Bonney prior to his excellent service. Will request him personally back out.

Furnace cleaning- great job!

Great experience with Jessie. He was on time, explained to me what was going on with my heating system in a way that I could understand.. also gave recommendations to improve my system. Overall it was a great experience!

I just wish I'd had the duck work done by my nephew ahead of the HVAC system as planned, instead of sending him away with the trust that Bonney would keep their word and replace anything that they couldn't fix. Other than that, I am happy with my new HVAC system and the regular preventative maintenance inspection and everyone at the company.

A complete clean of my heating system and checking of all parts. He advised me of heat diffuser that is going to need replacement in the future, but still under warranty.

Bonney sent photo of technician before he arrived to troubleshoot that our hot water heater. Jona was knowledgeable and gave us options on replacement. He returned the next afternoon, as scheduled, and we are back in hot water.
