I call Bonney to come and do a tune up on my heater furnace and also to do a diagnostic test and find out why my thermostat was not working. Ernesto came out this morning. He was friendly and broke everything down in layman terms for me to understand. Pricing was reasonable and he gave me multiple options. Ask for Ernesto!

I called a technician to check my HVAC heat pump. The initial diagnosis was fine, and he provided an estimate—serviceable so far. The problem came when discussing the repair. The technician aggressively pushed the work, presenting it as the only reasonable option, while simultaneously limiting my time to make a… Read full review

Great experience all around with Bonney! They were able to get a technician to us earlier than we initially had scheduled, and Victor did a thorough job, fixed our HVAC/thermostat issue, and explained everything really well.

Aidan did a great job with diagnosing the issue with my HVAC system and clearly communicating the plan forward. Still waiting to hear back from the manufacturer regarding parts that were under warranty so that Aiden can finish the job. $99 for diagnostic fee. Around $1300 for the total job.

Timely. Friendly. Thorough.

I've used Bonney for many of my recent repairs. A few months ago I had Si Dip fix my Tesla's wall charger. Si was excellent and we got along quite well even though I hovered around and was probably quite irritating while he fixed the wall charger (though he never let on that I was annoying him, looking back, i… Read full review

I don’t really know what was done but he check everything he could!

Pros Excellent Service. Quick Detection and execution of steps to fix the issues. Cons Extremely expensive. While the job got done and we got hot water back, the service costed us $450 for what took an hour for detection and some sanding and pressure air cleaning.

Our heating system decided to quit on one of the coldest mornings we'd had so far AND on a holiday weekend! Bonney's was able to send a technician within an hour, saving us from days without showering or changing out of our flannels.

Bonney strikes again! My house heater went out yesterday, the house was 62 degrees inside. My home, has stone floors throughout the house making it extra cold inside.
