Great experience all around with Bonney! They were able to get a technician to us earlier than we initially had scheduled, and Victor did a thorough job, fixed our HVAC/thermostat issue, and explained everything really well.

Aidan did a great job with diagnosing the issue with my HVAC system and clearly communicating the plan forward. Still waiting to hear back from the manufacturer regarding parts that were under warranty so that Aiden can finish the job. $99 for diagnostic fee. Around $1300 for the total job.

Pros Excellent Service. Quick Detection and execution of steps to fix the issues. Cons Extremely expensive. While the job got done and we got hot water back, the service costed us $450 for what took an hour for detection and some sanding and pressure air cleaning.

Very knowledgeable and helpful getting our system repaired after a storm knocked out our AC/ heating system.

Frank M. was absolutely wonderful! He was very knowledgeable and explained the issues and what to do to resolve them. Very personable and friendly with my dog, too.

Friendly service. Great exsplanation of system and various ways to repair or upgrade. Also came earlier than scheduled bay one day which was great.

They were out within 24 hours after initially calling. Matt and Hector showed up and Matt quickly diagnosed the problem. The gas valve on the furnace was bad, they replaced it quickly and we have heat!! Been without heat for 2 1/2 weeks, can’t thank Bonney and crew enough, our Thanksgiving will be a warm one!!!
