I am very pleased with my new HVAC. Raymond Fox and his crew did an excellent job installing it. They worked efficiently and when done, they made sure that my place is clean. I highly recommend Bonney Plumbing for their professionalism and knowledge.

Elijah and Sean were polite and thorough. They stayed until everything was running smoothly. They cleaned up before they left, and you couldn't tell they had ever been here.

Wasn’t planning on replacing the mini split system, but was faced with a non guaranteed $9k repair or a $29k new system. I bit the bullet and went with the new system. The guys installing were very professional and friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. I’m a little poorer, but comfortable:)

Start to finish they are fast, thorough, and great all around! They just left from replacing our 20 year-old AC unit Which they got done in half a day. I cannot recommend Bonnie enough they are the gold standard compared to these smaller companies that try to scam you on money and quality of work.

We were assured that all flooring and carpets would be protected with covers and that installers would wear foot booties throughout, but these measures were not followed. We were in a tough place with the kitchen sink and two bathrooms clogged on Christmas. Bonney sent Gerald promptly the next morning. He cleared them all up. He was cheerful, friendly, courteous. He was careful to clean up after each job. Thanks!

The folks at Bonnie were unilaterally VERY responsive, VERY friendly, and VERY accomodating. Our new system was expensive, to be sure, but with this level of service, especially with the peace of mind from a solid warranty and a strong regular maintenance package, it was well worth it.

Bonney replaced our outside faucets and as part of that service we became "'members" which included all system (HVAC, electrical, etc) inspections. The process start to finish was simple and straight forward. I appreciated that our salesman, Bryan, was easily accessible for questions and was mindful of our family specifically when building out our quote. Scheduling was a breeze. The techs who installed the system were polite and professional and respectful of my home. Overall a great experience!

We had a great experience with the install team. There were a couple of concerns about the new system’s functionality, but they were met with prompt answers and fixes. Would recommend to anyone!

Jaydin and his crew did a great work installing my HVAC unit. Courteous, in time, attentive to noise during installation, and cleaning after work was done. Flawless two days - he explained what they were about to do every step. I would greatly recommend Jaydin and his crew!

Technician worked diligently until he found the cause of my problem. He then fixed the problem, ran a 30-minute test, cleaned everything up, explained everything he did to me and departed.

Absolutely awesome experience. They showed up on time they were clean, looked very professional and very very friendly. They gave me a bid on installing new AC yesterday and installed it today! They cleaned up before they left and even cleaned up some of the mess that was left by a previous company. I highly highly recommend them.

I just wish I'd had the duck work done by my nephew ahead of the HVAC system as planned, instead of sending him away with the trust that Bonney would keep their word and replace anything that they couldn't fix. Other than that, I am happy with my new HVAC system and the regular preventative maintenance inspection and everyone at the company.

The guys did a great job and finished early. One was Nick. I was very happy with the way it went.

I had a last minute AC emergency just as the temp hit 100. BONNEY came out right away, gave me an immediate quote, and installed a brand new unit THE VERY NEXT DAY. Quinton and everyone else that came were polite, professional, and punctual. They did a great job installing my new hvac unit and insulation.

Overall great experience, from initial inspection by Danni, and detailed explanation from Kyle and very professional and efficient installation by Nick and Tra, the service experience was outstanding.

I have worked with Bonney in several homes in several cities. They always have very helpful staff at every level of the job. They are honest and do quality work.

Bonney installed a brand new 3-ton roof HVAC system 1.5 years ago. The system is great but they knowingly installed a heavier system (by over 100 lbs) and didn't inform the homeowner of existing structural issues. The two technicians Tanner and Fernando were professional, polite, and respectful. They knew what they were doing and were extremely quick. They went over and beyond by laying down tarps, cleaning after, and taking pictures of the new unit for me. I couldn't ask for better technicians.

I loved the service we got from Fernando and Fransisco. They were very professional and answered all our questions They went above and beyond to help us learn our Nest thermostat system. They got the whole job in one day in very precarious weather.

Bonny has been great! I chose them for our HVAC replacement and had such a wonderful experience I returned to them when we had plumbing issues. Every time they have been quick to respond and get the job done right. Needless to say I won’t be going anywhere else.

These guys were great and very professional. I would recommend these men to anyone. Very impressed!

Our HVAC stopped working mid day Saturday and my new unit is installed and running just the following Monday! Everyone was super nice and helpful. With small kids and animals, I am so grateful for the speedy turn around and detailed work.

The guys that came out did a great job! Within minutes of finished installation I could notice a difference from my previous unit. The guys were respectful and courteous, they did a good job cleaning up and a brand new AC installation was completed in less than 10 hours.
