Very good

Allen had excellent knowledge of my HVAC condensers, air handler, electrostatic filter and digital thermostat. My outdoor older model 4ton and 3ton condensers we opened and every section cleaned and hosed down so that my AC will do a better job cooling and will operate more efficiently. Very helpful polite and made quick Work of the job

Victor arrived within the time the company promised. Erica called from the office to give me a 30 minute heads up he was on his way. Victor clearly knew his business. My HVAC has been doing the job for 48 years but is nearing the end. So I was glad Victor got it going so I have time to think about a total replacement.

The issue with our air conditioning unit has been an on going problem for couple of months the serviceman name Alan was as professional as can be provided us with reinsurance that the next time he comes out that they will be up on the roof for six hours to fix the problem. I called a technician to check my HVAC heat pump. The initial diagnosis was fine, and he provided an estimate—serviceable so far. The problem came when discussing the repair. The technician aggressively pushed the work, presenting it as the only reasonable option, while simultaneously limiting my time to make a… Read full review

Found inoperative pump

Technician very responsive to client needs.

I've used Bonney for many of my recent repairs. A few months ago I had Si Dip fix my Tesla's wall charger. Si was excellent and we got along quite well even though I hovered around and was probably quite irritating while he fixed the wall charger (though he never let on that I was annoying him, looking back, i… Read full review

I've been using Bonney for the past three years, and they've consistently done an excellent job. I strongly recommend them

Great a/c service! The technician, Jonathan B. was SO knowledgeable and professional. He knew almost immediately what the problem was and had it fixed in 30 minutes! Can’t say enough good!!

Ari came out to do a PM on our AC. He found a couple of problems and was able to fix them with parts that were on his truck. We indicated there was a problem with dust and allergens and he was able to install an iWave to pull the allergens before they get blown into the house. We're extremely happy with his service.

Dennis was awesome! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He was very efficient and replaced my outdoor lights in very little time at a reasonable price.

Emmanuel was knowledgeable, personable, and professional … and got my remote thermostat working again (n.b. it was a blown fuse at the furnace, not actually the thermostat!) in very little time.

Can't afford the repair currently but was happy to have a trained eye point out what I was missing thanks 👍

Ari was very professional during the review process. He explained what he did and told us his recommendations. Highly recommended.

Bonney has done electrical, plumbing and HVAC work at my house. Never ever had a bad experience. Gave an honest assessment of the job.

I was so very happy that I called Bonney - great customer service and awesome technician.

John did a great professional job and did it efficiently as well.

Nobody wants to have to replace your entire HVAC system. and nobody wants to have to go through dealing with 3-5 different companies to get quotes and go through the entire sales process. Jon w/ Bonney was solid. factual, found additional items that needed to be addressed (that others didn't find or mention) and… Read full review

Another outstanding job by Bonney Plumbing! Every worker who has come to our house has been courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and stays until they are sure the work is done correctly. We have also enjoyed hearing about their interests. One of the best things about Bonney is their employees!

Jeff was very friendly and very helpful in getting our heating problems fixed and even offered a cleaning that was much needed. Wonderful and prompt service with great pricing.

On 02/17/23, Andrew Tackett and Ray Brown did a fantastic job. They cleaned out HVAC and duct and vents cleaning. They were experienced, professional courteous, listened to our concerns, and friendly. It took 3 hours and 30 minutes to complete the job rather than the 5 hours initially told us. We would recommend… Read full review

Very knowledgeable and helpful getting our system repaired after a storm knocked out our AC/ heating system.

I had a problem with my gas line in the attic. Aaron came out and, not only fixed the problem, but he inspected and fixed minor issues with my HVAC. His knowledge and skills make him a great example of why I will rave about Bonney to all of my aquaintences.

Last weekend 3 days ago actually, I noticed my system wasn’t working properly. Since it was a Saturday I didn’t really think anyone would be able to help. To my surprise after scheduling things here thru google, I got a call from the dispatcher and she told me they actually could have someone come by in a couple… Read full review

I had a 5 star experience with Bonney from start to finish. I was helped by Dave today in Fair Oaks and he was so informative and went above and beyond to ensure I understood my AC system. He even put his shoe covers on every time he walked in my home (not easy to do, standing on one leg, great job Dave). Overall, I… Read full review

We used this company today for a repair. After the left our unit broke and our air conditioning stopped working immediately on one of the hottest days of the year. Technician Danni was great. She seems to know HVAC and communicated with me regularly. When she wasn't able to reach me at one point, she made a decision, based upon how her Office directed her. Unfortunately, the Office had misguided her and a supervisor had to get involved. I didn't even need to present my… Read full review

Great job. Quick and efficient.

Our air conditioning unit was not delivering enough cold air to keep our house at a comfortable temperature. Ernesto traced the problem to a leak in our attic unit. He temporarily replaced the coolant in the unit and ordered a replacement part to permanently fix the problem.

On time, explained work to be done with reasons and pictures. Will use them again.

After attempting to install an upgraded thermostat unsuccessfully the technician was very professional and knowledgeable he had found the cause of the failure and installed the new thermostat all in less then 30 minutes.

Matt was very thorough and competent. He knew a lot about the system and also was very careful about cleanliness while working inside.

Always a pleasure to have Danni out to service our HVAC! She is professional and so caring in communication with my mom. She replaced a defective part today and my mom is elated to have the heat working seamlessly again!

I have used Bonney for everything over the last 12 years. New AC, HVAC, furnace and plumbing. This review isn't about any of that. It's about who ever answers the phones. Wonderful ladies to speak to. Always so upbeat, polite and responsive. I realize now when I'm feeling down I'll just call to have someone to talk to! 😁

Matt is a super conscientious and technically competent HVAC and technology expert. Installed our NEST with some older wiring that was not cooperating. Got it to work fine. Excellence in action and knowing why!

Everything is good 👍

They were able to get out very quickly to make the repair which is always important during our triple digit summers. They were thorough with their inspection and great at explaining our options and the process that they would be taking. Ryan was very friendly and knowledgeable and Steve who helped us in the past was as well.

I use Bonney at my home and sometimes my business. I have always had pleasant knowledgeable service techs and will continue using them.

Rhys arrived on time. He was personable and professional. He found a problem whiledoingmy maintenance service, went and picked up the parts and fixed my AC. I highly recommend Rhys for AC repairs and will definitely request him for future issues when they arise. He was awesome!

I called Bonney on Monday and they were here early Wednesday to help my AC unit.. The technician that came to my house today was awesome. He knew what he was doing and he was fast. Thank you so much! I have cool air until my unit is repaired. You're the best! Thank you.

Steve, the tech, was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained well. A very positive experience.

Our AC stopped working on a 113 degree day. Kyle came the next day, showed and explained the issue in clear detail, replaced the capacitor, and got it running again! As our system is getting older, we also got a quote from Hector for a new AC system. Thank you team, for a job well done!!!!!!

Great company

Awesome customer service across the board. Of course my AC decided to quit blowing cold air on THE hottest day (110 degrees).
